and palette creation and modification. Includes palettes and
functionality from popular packages such as 'viridis',
'RColorBrewer', and base R 'grDevices', as well as 'ggplot2'
plot bindings. Users can generate perceptually uniform and
colorblind-friendly palettes, adjust palettes in HSL and RGB
color spaces, map color gradients to value ranges, and create
color-generating functions.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/mauritsunkel/actions/runs/27354723305</link><pubDate>Thu, 11 Jun 2026 10:58:54 GMT</pubDate><r:package>colorify</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://mauritsunkel.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/mauritsunkel/colorify</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>colorify.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>colorify.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to coloRify</r:title><r:created>2025-10-28 16:31:41</r:created><r:modified>2026-06-10 14:13:39</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] goatea 2.1.0</title><author>mauritsunkel@gmail.com (Maurits Unkel)</author><description>Geneset Ordinal Association Test Enrichment Analysis
(GOATEA) provides a 'Shiny' interface with interactive
visualizations and utility functions for performing and
exploring automated gene set enrichment analysis using the
'GOAT' package. 'GOATEA' is designed to support large-scale and
user-friendly enrichment workflows across multiple gene lists
and comparisons, with flexible plotting and output options.
Visualizations pre-enrichment include interactive 'Volcano' and
'UpSet' (overlap) plots. Visualizations post-enrichment include
interactive geneset dotplot, geneset treeplot, gene-effectsize
heatmap, gene-geneset heatmap and 'STRING' database of
protein-protein-interactions network graph. 'GOAT' reference:
